Eucon again among 2021 top mid-sized employers

Münster, 29^th October 2020 – Focus Business and Kununu have once again honored Germany’s top SME employers. In 2021, the Eucon Group is again among the hidden champions in employee satisfaction and a pioneer in employee retention.

This picture was taken before Covid-19 restrictions were in effect. For our colleagues' and our clients' safety, we treat the current hygiene and social distancing regulations very seriously.

The ranking is based on assessments by former and current staff members. Criteria include, among others, satisfaction with the corporate culture, working atmosphere and pay. “We are extremely proud of this renewed appreciation as a top employer. The satisfaction of our employees is an important criterion for attracting and retaining new talents in these challenging times,” says Anne-Claire Oosenbrugh, Director Human Resources at the Eucon Group. “To us, the high number of long-standing employees is the best proof of this award. In the last three years alone, 121 employees have celebrated five and even up to twenty years of employment with the company”. According to a recent survey, Eucon employees have also been very satisfied with the company’s COVID-19 protective measures. Particularly in times of crisis, a high level of transparency and fast response are crucial factors for employee satisfaction.

This is already the fourth time that Focus Business has compiled a ranking of the “Top SME Employers”. To this end, the business and career magazine cooperated with the employer rating portal “Kununu”, which allows employees to anonymously rate their employer. In total, around 950,000 companies were analyzed. In order to be considered, companies with between 11 and 500 employees had to have a score of at least 3.5 to 5 stars and a recommendation rate of at least 70%. The complete ranking list will be published on 24^th November 2020 in the special issue of Focus Business on “SME employers”.
