Eucon reinforces innovation management with Volker Meise

Dr. Volker Meise has taken over responsibility for the Innovation Management division of Eucon Digital GmbH as Director Portfolio Management & New Products as of 1st May 2020. In this role, he will manage the strategic development and expansion of new data-driven products and business models.

In taking this step, Eucon is responding to the significant increase in demand for Artificial Intelligence and RPA-based solutions (robot-controlled process automation), which are a key driver of innovation for businesses. “As a pioneer of digital transformation, we have been using advanced technologies for years to enable our clients to take the lead in digitalization,” says Sven Krüger, CEO of the Eucon Group. “Volker Meise is a great asset to our innovation management. With his proven expertise in digitalization, he will help us to further accelerate our clients’ innovation processes”.

With a doctorate in information systems and business administration, the 49-year-old has spent his professional career in both corporations and start-up companies and has always been involved with digital solutions and data driven business models. During the last five years, Volker Meise served as COO and later as CEO of the German business of one of the leading companies in the field of Social Media Intelligence. In addition, he has supported the Digital Hub Münsterland as a mentor for start-ups and is a lecturer at Münster University of Applied Sciences in the Department of Economics.
