Social Responsibility

To us, personal social engagement is a corporate responsibility, and this expectation is firmly anchored in our corporate values. We make unique contributions to our industries, and assume social responsibility.

The personal engagement of our employees is an essential pillar of our social commitment. As a living part of our corporate culture, we initiate various campaigns, such as our Christmas Tree Wish campaign, where Eucon employees fulfill the wishes of children in need. In this way, a variety of other projects and fundraisers throughout the year are set in motion together with the workforce.

We at Eucon contribute to achieving the objectives of the Mind & Move Network foundation. As a member of the association TEILEn e.V., we are committed to supporting projects to enhance traffic safety for children.

Inspired by the vision to do good and reach out, the foundation promotes equal opportunities for socially disadvantaged children and young people aged 12 to 18 years in Münster by bringing them together with companies and committed mentors.

Through joint campaigns, projects and events that we organize in cooperation with local youth centers, we help children and young people develop a career perspective. Because sometimes, all it takes is small impulses to get a clearer picture of the future.

An important factor for the success of the funded projects is the active integration of companies and entrepreneurs on the ground. As part of the network, these voluntary assistants and mentors provide a number of career and development opportunities (such as: job application training, internship placement, job shadowing and trainee positions, workshops and company visits).

Young adults are encouraged to think outside the box, to pursue their dreams and accept new challenges. We use our network to create new opportunities for a career start and help children and young people find an easier entry into professional life.

TEILEn

As a member of the association TEILEn e.V., we are committed to supporting projects to enhance traffic safety for children: preventively through measures to prevent accidents, and after accidents by assisting the victims. In the accident aftercare, the association cooperates closely with the Peter Maffay Foundation.

The focus of the Peter Maffay Foundation is to support children in distress, with the aim of creating better living conditions for them. Thus, the foundation provides traumatized children with safe spaces, enabling them to leave their familiar environment for a time. They go on holiday in a completely different environment and draw new strength there.
