After having participated in a PartsPool® training, Ferhat Oğultekin, Pricing Manager EMEA Aftermarket at NGK Spark Plug Europe GmbH, comes to the following conclusion: “All participants were really happy with the training. Despite differences in the level of PartsPool® knowledge, everybody was individually supported, and we all benefitted from gainful information on the application and usage. We will certainly consider the possibility to take part in regular refresh trainings in the future.“
