Eucon recognized for innovation management

Eucon Group has made it to the top at the 26th edition of the TOP 100 innovation competition. The company received the award on 28th June from the competition's mentor, Ranga Yogeshwar, and the scientific director of the competition, Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, at Frankfurt's Jahrhunderthalle. Using a scientific system, TOP 100 assesses the innovation management of small and medium-sized companies. During the independent selection process, Eucon, which employs 400 people worldwide, was particularly convincing due to its innovative success.

The digital SME from Münster is one of the world's leading experts for data and process intelligence for the automotive, insurance and real estate industries. Using new technologies and comprehensive databases, Eucon supports customers in automating their business processes. "Our customers are in possession of a wealth of data that they are unaware of. We help them to use it profitably", explains CEO Sven Krüger.

In the German insurance market, Eucon has specialized as a digitalization partner for top insurers in making the entire claims management process simpler, more efficient and more customer-friendly. With the help of modern technologies, the company develops solutions for a fully digitalized end-to-end process in the event of a claim – for both automobile and property claims. "In the future, the majority of automotive claims will be processed within just a few hours," promises Krüger. "Our vision is to use intelligent processes to achieve real-time claims processing."

To win the award, Eucon completed a comprehensive, scientific selection process, in the course of which the development status of the entire innovation management system was reviewed. Emphasis was placed on already implemented innovation projects and future innovation potential. More than 100 indicators from the categories “innovation-promoting top management”, “innovation climate”, “innovative processes and organization”, “external orientation (open innovation)” and “previous innovation success” were used for the analysis.

“The innovation management of the Eucon Group was convincing at all levels, even by international standards,” explains Prof. Dr. Nikolaus Franke, scientific director of the competition analysis. “This gives the company enormous potential for future innovation success – both as a modern employer and as a digital partner to customers.”

With 400 employees worldwide, the top innovator serves 250 customers in 40 countries. Many years of experience, in-depth industry knowledge and comprehensive data and technology expertise characterize the company, which accompanies its customers along the path of digital transformation.
