Corporate Governance implies responsible corporate management. A key component of this is compliance – adherence to all relevant legal requirements, regulatory standards, and internal guidelines. At Eucon, this is firmly embedded in our corporate value system.
Integrity and responsibility
Our approach to competition is based on performance, customer focus and the quality of our products and services. We reject and do not tolerate corrupt or otherwise unlawful conduct.
We expect our managers, employees and business partners to refrain from engaging in any kind of corrupt practices. Our Code of Conduct is an integral part of our corporate culture and serves as a guideline for our daily actions.
We of course strictly adhere to the legal provisions of the GDPR and other data protection regulations. In our privacy notice, we inform you about data protection in our company.
Code of Conduct
Our Code of Conduct lays the foundation for respectful, ethical and responsible action. It is our North Star, shaping our identity and illustrating what we stand for. The Code contains clear provisions to strictly prohibit any involvement in activities that encourage or condone misconduct. We all undertake to comply with the applicable laws and regulations and to act in accordance with our corporate values and the principles of the Code of Conduct in our daily decision-making.
Open and transparent communication as well as a strong feedback culture that allows our employees to express their concerns freely are extremely important to us. For this reason, we have set up an anonymous whistleblower system through an external company that allows our employees to raise their concerns confidentially.

Information security
As a leading provider of data-based systems, IT security and the protection of our customers’ data are top priorities. In 2024, our Information Security Management System (ISMS) was again certified according to the ISO 27001 standard. In this area, we can assure our customers of the highest standards of information security.
The ISMS governs the entire information security system of our company by defining procedures, processes, rules and measures to ensure IT security at Eucon. On this basis, we can control, monitor, ensure and optimize information security. At the core of the management system is a central risk management where risk assessments are set in conjunction with appropriate countermeasures. This is how the ISMS ensures the sustainable containment of risks. You can download our official ISO 27001 certificate here.
TISAX®- Information security for the automotive industry
TISAX® is a registered trademark and governed by ENX Association (https://enx.com/tisax). The ENX Association supports with TISAX (Trusted Information Security Assessment Exchange) on behalf of VDA the common acceptance of Information Security Assessments in the automotive industry. The TISAX Assessments are conducted by TISAX audit providers that demonstrate their qualification at regular intervals.
Information security and data protection are our top priority at all times. The confidentiality, availability and integrity of our information is a matter of course at Eucon and is accompanied by extensive measures to protect sensitive information. As Eucon GmbH, we have now subjected this to a standardised assessment as part of our TISAX® participation and follow therefore the ambitious question catalogue of information security of the German Association of the Automotive Industry (VDA ISA).
The Assessment was conducted by an audit provider, in this case the TISAX audit provider DQS GmbH (Deutsche Gesellschaft zur Zertifizierung von Managementsystemen).
