Our recruitment process aims to be a dialogue where we get to know each other, share our values to find out together whether we would be a good fit. We are always looking for talents who share our passion for innovation and diversity.

If we can offer you a job that would fit, we will invite you to a first interview – this is usually conducted by Pia or Vanessa from our recruiting team and will take place by phone or online. Here we want to get to know you better and at the same time give you the opportunity to ask your first questions about the position and the next steps.

In a second step, we will conduct a job interview together with our hiring manager from the relevant department. Here you can gain a deeper insight into the tasks and responsibilities of the position and show us what you‘re made of. We hope to have an open and honest discussion with you, where we can explore how your strengths can be best put to use at our company.

We know that some companies have fewer steps in their recruitment process, but we don’t want to do without the third step: Getting to know the team. On the one hand, it’s important to us that you experience our team and our culture up close and as authentically as possible. On the other hand, the opinion of all our employees is important to us.

This step usually involves a casual get-together between you and the team. Should any subject-specific questions arise, we will let you know in advance so that you can come prepared.

After the get-together with the team, we will jointly come to a decision. Regardless of the outcome, you will receive detailed feedback from us in a timely manner, and we are also very interested in receiving yours.

In general, the entire process takes about 4 to 6 weeks. Taking enough time to get to know you is really important to us. But if you need a response sooner, just let us know!

Yes, you are welcome to apply simultaneously for several positions that match your skills and interests.

We want to make the application process as simple as possible for you. Therefore, in the first step, we only need your current CV. If your LinkedIn or Xing profile is up-to-date, that will do for now. If necessary, we will ask for additional documents, such as work samples or references.

Sure, you can contact us at any time and withdraw your application. However, we do ask for brief feedback so that we can further improve our processes.
