

Sustainability as an opportunity
Sustainability is about taking a holistic view on business, social and ecological aspects. In keeping with the principle “Think of tomorrow, act today”, we have set ourselves a total of 17 specific goals under five pillars of sustainability by 2025. We are focusing on areas where we can achieve the greatest possible impact and meaningful improvements: from the development of sustainable product ideas and the further development of our employees to our social engagement and the reduction of our carbon footprint.
We are convinced that sustainability is not only an obligation, but also a driver of innovation and growth. We would like to thank our employees, partners and customers for supporting us on this journey.

Diversity
People are diverse by nature: diverse in their origins, their views and their personality. This diversity is the basis for a working environment where new ideas are constantly born that help our company move forward. We have signed the Diversity Charter to promote this individuality and diversity.

Social engagement
We feel it is our corporate duty to take responsibility not only for our industries, employees and partners, but also for the people around us. That is why we support various social projects.
At Eucon, we contribute to the realization of the goals of the Sportpaten project, which promotes equal opportunities for young people. As a member of the aid organization TEILEn e.V., we support projects to protect children in road traffic. A number of additional projects and fundraising campaigns were initiated by our employees throughout the year.
Our employees’ personal commitment is a cornerstone of our social engagement. We engage in various campaigns that represent a living part of our corporate culture, such as our annual Christmas wish list campaign, where we fulfill the Christmas wishes of socially disadvantaged children, or our collective tree-planting campaign.
