We are continuing our growth in the Americas. In order to support our expansion, we are looking for a Junior Business Development Manager for our North American (US and Canada) operations.

As part of our automotive team, the Junior Business Development Manager will support the development of new clients and manage relationships with existing customers. The incumbent will actively track and maintain new business opportunities, showcase Eucon’s portfolio of data products to prospects, assess customer requirements, and present relevant solutions in coordination with management and operations stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new customer contacts using established prospecting strategies (e.g. email, social media, trade shows)
  • Present Eucon’s data solutions to prospective clients and understand their requirements
  • Prepare proposals and offers, including costing, using Eucon’s sales guidelines and processes
  • Update and maintain sales CRM and provide insights to Eucon stakeholders on client and revenue management
  • Proactively suggest new product ideas and opportunities based on client feedback
  • Support Eucon management in the development of product communications tools (e.g. pitch decks, client and industry presentations)

Qualifications and Requirments

  • 2-3 year professional working experience or internships – ideally in automotive or DaaS / SaaS verticals
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales or Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office – primarily Excel and Powerpoint
  • Experience using CRM software such as Monday, Salesforce etc.
  • Knowledge and passion for the automotive industry and culture
  • Exceptional ability to analyze market trends and competitor behavior
  • Strong presentation skills with an engaging presence both in-person and through virtual tools, possesses advanced communication skills and is a problem-solver
  • Results oriented and able to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Strong analytical, conceptual and quantitative skills, highly creative and acts with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Must be available to occasionally travel within North America
