Digitalization and insurance expert Dr. Wolff Graulich is joining the management of Eucon

Dr. Wolff Graulich (51), most recently a partner at the business and IT consultancy Senacor Technologies, is joining the management of Eucon Digital GmbH. Michael Rodenberg is responsible for the development of a new growth area and will transition from his management position as of January 31, 2022.

Sven Krüger, CEO of Eucon Group, says: “With Dr. Wolff Graulich, we are gaining a digitalization expert who is very familiar with both the insurance industry and insurtechs as well as software development. With his comprehensive expertise and his experience in internationalization, he will contribute to the further strategic development of our Insurance business unit.”

Dr. Wolff Graulich is considered a proven expert in the insurance environment and in cross-industry digital transformation. He holds a doctorate in molecular biology and was a board member and co-founder of the digital insurer Element Insurance AG before joining the consulting firm Senacor Technologies as a partner in 2020. Previously, he held various management positions at Boston Consulting Group, ARAG, Roland Rechtsschutzversicherung and AXA.

“Michael Rodenberg has played a key role in shaping the development of Eucon’s insurance business over the past 14 years. During this time, he made key decisions and, together with our customers, laid the foundation for automated and customer-centric claims processes,” says Krüger. “New growth areas are critical to our five-year plan. In order to accelerate the process, Michael Rodenberg will contribute his experience here in the future and be responsible for the development of a new strategic growth area.”
