Dr. Anne Karthaus joins Eucon Group as Chief Human Resources Officer

International data specialist Eucon is expanding its management team with the appointment of Dr. Anne Karthaus. Anne is an experienced HR manager and will be taking on the newly established position of Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), focusing on the further development of the HR strategy, talent development and the internationalization of Eucon’s HR-related activities.

Dr. Anne Karthaus holds a PhD in Communication Studies from the University of Münster and has been working in the field of human resources and strategic communications for over ten years. During her career, she has held various positions within the Bertelsmann Group, including three years in Employer Branding & Recruiting as well as Survey Services at the Medienfabrik agency, and six years as Senior Director Corporate Management Development and Corporate HR at the Group’s headquarters. Most recently, she was Senior Director Human Resources at Bertelsmann Accounting Services, a subsidiary of the Bertelsmann Group. During her time with the Bertelsmann Group, she was particularly involved in promoting topics such as human resources development, strategy and the implementation of international networks and processes.
