Eucon introduces AI-based invoice management at Apleona Real Estate Management

Eucon, the digital service provider for data and process management, has won Apleona Real Estate Management as a new customer for its “SmartInvoice” invoice management tool. With this AI-powered solution, the real estate manager is complementing the current digital SAP workflow at all locations.

Apleona, a real estate service provider based in Neu-Isenburg near Frankfurt/Main, is introducing the AI solution “SmartInvoice”, developed by Eucon, for its invoice management at all German locations. The solution, which is based on artificial intelligence (AI), reads, recognizes and classifies invoices and feeds them back into the ERP system ready for account assignment. In the future, the entire invoice volume managed by the real estate manager will be processed using Eucon’s digital invoice workflow. “SmartInvoice” enables faster invoice processing per document than with the previous, digital workflow.
