Visit us from 25 to 26 March 2014 at our booth A16 at the “Claims Management and Assistance” congress in Leipzig.
The congress agenda includes, among other things, our presentation relating to telematics: "eCall, UBI, PAYD - Wie Versicherungen neue Telematikdienste als Instrument zur Kundenbindung nutzen". Eucon developed an integrated concept of telematics services enabling you to respond quickly to "e-Call", "UBI" or "pay as you drive." From the vehicle hardware (GSM/GPS box) to the necessary IT services, including apps and portals, to the complete logistics and service chain - we offer support from a single source.
In addition to general topics of the claims process for automobile and property damage, we are presenting an important component of automated damage assessment, the insurance fraud detection tool Gryphos. In cooperation with Gryphos, Eucon developed an innovative solution based on intelligent rules that supports insurance companies in identifying false claims.
Another highlight is the expert suite. With this instrument, Eucon offers insurance companies the opportunity to perform expert checks themselves using an extensive tool set. Automotive experts are thus ideally supported in their workflow.
