The Eucon Group, digitalization partner for the automotive, insurance and real estate industries, has been honored with the “Germany’s Digital Pioneer 2022“ certificate by the F.A.Z. Institute, achieving a top ranking. The award recognizes companies that are considered innovative, digital and commercially profitable, while at the same time distinguishing themselves as excellent employers. In the ranking, the first two competencies were weighted much more heavily, at 40 percent each.

The ranking of the underlying study “Germany’s Digital Pioneers 2022” is based on a combination of social listening and online employer ratings. In collaboration with the IMWF Institute for Management and Economic Research, the F.A.Z. Institute examined around 5,200 companies – Germany’s digital elite. The study focused on four capabilities: digital agility, innovativeness, profitability/economic efficiency, and employer attractiveness.
