Moaffak Assassa joins Eucon as Chief Technology Officer

Digital SME Eucon has brought technology expert Moaffak Assassa on board as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With his expertise, Moaffak will drive the international development of the IT organization and lead the Eucon Group into the future on the technology front.

Moaffak Assassa joined Eucon Group as CTO in October 2021 and looks back on more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry. After graduating in computer science from the RWTH Aachen University, he initially worked for several years as a solution engineer in a system house and as a lead developer at a university spin-off, where he was involved with Java and .NET in an agile development environment, among other things. Eight years ago, he moved to a company of the Boston Consulting Group as an IT consultant, where he most recently successfully managed and completed strategic IT projects as a principal, e.g. for large insurance groups.
