Eucon is Top Medium-Sized Employer 2023

The Eucon Group has been recognized once again as Top Employer in the SME sector 2023 by the news magazine Focus-Business. The globally established partner for data and process intelligence in the automotive, insurance and real estate sectors has been among the most attractive employers in Germany for years now.

“’Celebrating 25 Years of Teamwork’ is not just the motto of our 25th company anniversary this year. It also reflects that our value-oriented corporate culture, the strong team cohesion and the satisfaction of our 450 employees are sustainable and decisive factors for our success. In times of change and also with a view to recruiting and retaining future talents, the renewed recognition as a top employer goes to show that we are heading in the right direction with our strategy,” says Sven Krüger, CEO of the Eucon Group. The award focuses on employee satisfaction in medium-sized companies and takes into account criteria such as corporate culture, working atmosphere and salary.

About the survey:

In collaboration with research partner FactField, Focus-Business reviews 38,000 German companies each year as part of a survey. The general conditions for participation in the survey include an employee headcount of between 11 and 500, an average rating of at least 3.5 stars, and at least 10 employee reviews across all survey channels. The complete list of award-winning companies was published on November 26, 2022 in the FOCUS magazine on “Top SME Employers 2023” and at “focusbusiness.de”.
